Week 15 Start/Sit Advice? Steve Smith or Mike Wallace?

Posted by in NFL Week 15 Start 'Em Sit 'Em Advice on December 15th, 2011 | 1 Comment

Question: Pick 2 for Week 15.

I need 2 WR this week, so I would like to know which 2 WR you would start and why!

Steve Smith @ HOU
Mike Wallace @ SF
Laurent Robinson @ TB
Mike Thomas vs. NE

Which 2 wide receivers would you pick and why?

Answer

Steve Smith is your best receiver based on what he’s been going with Cam Newton and there’s no question that you stick with Mike Wallace although it’s against a tough 49ers defense. Miles Austin is back from his injury, so I would say no to Laurent Robinson.

smith or thomas but my gut says thomas will have a better week. smiths production has gone down lately and thomas has emerged as tebows number 1 target and i really like his match up…brady will score early and force tebow to throw and with that crappy pats secondary tebow might actually complete a few passes this week outside of the 4th quarter and thomas will be his primary target. smith is a safe start as well but id go with thomas this week.
wallace has a tough match up and big ben isn’t 100% so i would stay away if i had other options and that dallas team has a lot of receivers( bryant austin and witten) so dont think robinson will be targetted as much
