Add another win to the list! Arizona topped Iowa to make my top 3 picks of the week hit. This comes straight from the list we posted after our Thursday and Friday Night winners.

Brandon’s big play of Boise State (-24) over Wyoming also hit.

You’re welcome. Anyone want to buy a round?

What do I like tomorrow? I think you have to pick wisely tomorrow. I don’t want to bet against home dogs, which is why the Ravens (-3) and Pats (-3) are not getting my attention, although they may possibly be good picks to take. The best two home teams to take tomorrow are probably Green Bay (-13) over Buffalo and Atlanta (-6.5) over Arizona. Virtually all other games are good opportunities to take the points.

I’m taking a chance on a high spread with Green Bay. The Packers should light it up and I don’t see the Bills scoring many points. However, Ryan Grant is out and the Bills have a respectable defense which means there’s always a shot of them covering here.  We all know Matt Ryan is ridiculous at home, so I think he can cover the 6.5 at home. They say don’t bet on your own team but I can’t not like the Eagles (-6) over Lions so I threw them in my 2:1 odds teaser. Vick will be playing like his freedom depends on it. I have a 4-team teaser with Green Bay -6, Patriots +4, Eagles +0.5, and Atlanta +0.5. That’s what I’m thinking. Here are all of my NFL week 2 picksGood luck!

    Some game updates….

Like I said, Atlanta is one of the top plays this week, especially at home where Ryan dominates, and that pick is working out well. ATL up 24-7.

I was expecting more offense from the Pack. GB settled for 3 when they have a 1st and 6 on the BUF 6. That left 4 points off the board. BUF has been able to control the clock with the run game. Edwards just 4/6 for 31 yards. GB also had a long pass interference called against them which led to a BUF TD. Looking for the Pack to turn it up in the 2nd half. GB starts the 3rd off with a TD. Nice grab Driver. 20-7. Back in the money. Teaser card with PHI, GB, and ATL is looking good. A-Rod TD. 27-7. A-Rod is the man!

In the PHI vs. DET game, Jahvid Best is having a hell of a game with 2 TDs. He’s the real deal folks. PHI down 17-7 at one point but had a nice drive to make it 17-14 before half. Since that’s on my teaser card in a pick ’em, I’ll take it. I spoke too soon, DeSean catches a bomb from Vick with less than a minute before the half. TD pass to Maclin. PHI gets back lead 21-17. Oh yeah!

Should have went with CIN over BAL like I picked initially. Like I said, I’m not touching that one. Didn’t think CIN could shut down BAL like they’re doing. Pick only got a 1/5 and could go either way. Maybe not, BAL scores to start the 3rd. 7-6.

I should have been more confident with my MIA (+6) call. MIN offense blows. Didn’t like the back-to-back road games in front of a hostile MIN crowd. MIA up 14-0.

Nice call in CHI (+7) and CLE (-2) Kid.
